THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS TO THEM
There are a few factors that affect the price: for example the height of the ceilings and the type and quantity of the lighting fixtures. Therefore, we recommend organizing your project to do as much of the work as possible at once. In that case we could offer a discount.
If using canless recessed lighting, then the lights can be placed independent of the positioning of rafters, plumbing, or electrical. Canned recessed lighting, on the other hand, does depend on wiring/plumbing/etc and can only be installed where space permits.
To put it simply, no. We have specialized tools which allow us to work inside your ceiling and to lay out wiring. At the same time, a lot depends on the framing of your ceiling and how much other wiring/plumbing/etc run through it. In some such cases we may need to make small technical openings to extend the wiring. After that we install the sheetrock and patch it. All that is left for you to do is sand and paint the area.
The price includes the work itself, wiring, and junction boxes. It also includes consultation services at any stage of the project.
Yes, it’s possible. It just requires installing a new switch and connecting the lighting to it. We offer this service.
